
Joseph M. Rosenwald, DDS
Dr. Rosenwald is a native of Frederick, Maryland. He attended Mount Saint Mary’s University, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University. He completed a two-year general practice residency program with Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lyons, New Jersey.
Dr. Rosenwald was trained at the Misch International Implant Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. He has attended both the Pankey Institute and Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies. He was a scholar and faculty member at the Dawson Academy. Dr. Rosenwald has attended the Esthetic Dentistry Continuum at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Rosenwald has been in private practice in Gaithersburg for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in treating complex cases and TMJ disorders. He was a dental consultant for The Village at Rockville, an elder care facility, for nine years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Rosenwald proudly serves as a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He is currently an instructor at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center at Fort Bragg, NC. In addition to serving in the Army Reserve, Dr. Rosenwald is a volunteer dentist at the clinic on Smith Island, MD.
Dr. Rosenwald’s hobbies are cooking, gardening, hiking and the study of military history.

Andrew C. Cobb DDS
A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Dentistry, Dr. Cobb began his professional journey alongside his father in private practice, establishing a reputation grounded in exceptional patient care. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cobb has spent over two decades teaching continuing education courses to dentists both in the United States and internationally. For more than 40 years, Dr. Cobb has dedicated his career to comprehensive dentistry, continuing education, and humanitarian work.
Dr. Cobb is affiliated with numerous professional organizations, including the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM), the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the American Equilibration Society (AES), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He was elected to the American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists.

Dr. Cobb is one in an elite group of dentists to achieve Diplomate Status in the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Cobb has consistently been recognized as a Top Dentist in both Bethesda Magazine and Washingtonian Magazine. In 2024, Dr. Cobb was awarded Top Dentist Hall of Fame by Washingtonian Magazine.
Throughout his entire career, Dr. Cobb has been passionate about donating his time and skill to those less fortunate, both internationally and in the local Washington D.C. community. Currently Dr Cobb donates his time and talent to Navajo Nation Health Services and, along with Dr. Rosenwald, the Smith Island (MD) Dental Clinic.
His expertise in the field of orofacial pain and comprehensive restorative dentistry, and devoted humanitarian efforts have won Dr. Cobb many awards. Dr. Cobb is dedicated to providing every patient, be it in the office or in the clinics, with the same level of care: to give each one a beautiful, healthy smile that will last a lifetime.
